We are curious to see if any municipalities have ordinances that allow city officials to force a homeowner to remove a tree on private property that is potentially hazardous to other private property (aka neighbor vs neighbor). We have an ordinance that allows us to force a tree to be removed from private property if it is threatening public property (sidewalk, street), but this is different.
