The Committee shall be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions of the Chapter. An annual budget shall be submitted to the Board of Directors annually for approval. Annual Review and report of the past fiscal years financial transaction shall be made to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may require an audit of financial transactions.
