Discover how to engage your community in managing and caring for the urban forest through this one-day course on communication and outreach strategies. Learn to address public perception, navigate difficult communication scenarios, and build a professional PR strategy.
Participants will leave equipped to handle challenging PR situations, represent the industry professionally, and build a healthier, diverse urban forest. A test will be administered to ensure course comprehension.
