SGN Growers will highlight the crucial logistics that happen behind the scenes to make a seasonal planting a success for everyone. You will gain insights into the nursery inventory & ordering process, learn about harvest timing of species, receive valuable tips on tree tagging, and understand the intricacies of transporting a tree from the field to the parkway. Out in the field you will get a firsthand look at how we grow our SGN Trees and witness tree harvesting and loading in action. Along the way, we will highlight some of our favorite new tree varieties growing in our fields. Lunch provided after the tour!
