SMA is a 501(c)6 membership-based organization dedicated to building the confidence, competence and camaraderie of all professionals who manage trees and forests to create and sustain more livable communities. Leslie, who hails from our neighboring state of Iowa, will review programs and support offered by SMA, review how SMA supports the urban forestry/municipal arborist within the larger context tree-related groups, and listen to your feedback about what you need to do your jobs to their fullest.
