Cancellation Terms: Cancellation must be received in writing at the IAA office before 11/8/2021 for a full refund minus a $30 administration fee. Registrations cancelled after 11/8 will be not refunded. If however, travel or other restrictions are imposed after 11/5/2021 that would make it impossible or impracticable for the attendee to attend the 2021 IAA Annual Conference & Trade Show, the attendee shall at their option receive a full refund of the registration. No telephone cancellations accepted. By virtue of your registration, you agree to the cancellation terms as outlined.
