Follow these directions to receive your CEU credit:

2) At the end of the video, hit the SUBMIT button. A certificate should generate on the screen. Please forward the certificate via email to april@illinoisarborist.org or fax to 262-857-6677 in order to ensure your CEU credit is applied to your account.
