Exam Fees are NOT included with this registration form. Exam fees are paid separately to the ISA and you will be emailed a link to fill out the exam application form after you register for the classes. Exam cutoff date is October 28th, 2024. Exam Fees for Members is $170 and for Non-Members is $270.  Exam: Wednesday, November 13th, 2024. Location: Lombard Village Hall – Community Room – 255 East Wilson Ave, Lombard, IL 60148.
