IAA has a committee focused on engaging in local workforce development events from high school career fair to professional trade organization events. We also put together our own career fair style events to bring industry professionals together with career seeking professionals. Did you know the IAA has a Workforce Development committee?

This committee is dedicated to advancing the arboriculture profession by promoting career opportunities and supporting IAA members in workforce development. We organize the annual career fair at the IAA Conference and engage in outreach events to connect industry professionals with prospective employees.
